Getting Closer to your Mega Project Problem

I feel myself fortunate to have attained Amal Fellowship. The fellowship truly transforms you into a being you haven’t imagined of before. Back in this summer when I first knew about the fellowship advertisement on Scholarship Network facebook page, I didn’t pay heed to it, thinking it as an ordinary 3-months internship.

Amal Academy

However, the slogan behind it that it’s Stanford university sponsored compelled me to do research and know enough about it. After a week of research, through its webpage, YouTube channel, success and transformation stories of its graduates, I started to realize that Amal fellowship is something exemplary, unique, and truly a transformational journey, a gift from PepsiCo and Stanford university to us Pakistanis. I couldn’t retain myself but straightaway moved on and applied for it. And now I’m writing this blog as part of its project work while the fellowship is running its full swing!

Self-improvement: One of Amal’s main goals

After getting enrolled in the fellowship, I realized its immense importance for each and very student/profession of our country. Each year over 4000+ people apply for the fellowship. This implies that our youth is looking forward to transforming their lives and become a valuable part of the society. But since Amal has to filter them out, resultantly only 70–80 fortunates happen to avail this fellowship (annually only 2 persons out of 100 people applied to the fellowship get the fellowship opportunity).

Personal growth is key to success in every work-domain

Due to a limited number of Amal fellowships per year, I aim to write a 25 pages e-book on self-improvement in order to reach out to a larger set of students and professionals in our country. Unlike the conventional way of expressing and enforcing constructive thoughts, I plan to include illustrations and based on that enforcement of constructive ideas can be ensured. For example, a curated page like #AmalTotkay. Moreover, I aim to include only key lessons that I have learnt through Amal fellowship and lectures. The TEDx talks included in the fellowship curriculum will be of immense help in this regard. Only crucks from the talks will be sorted out and included in the book in the form of illustrations.
